You'll need
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds (saunf), soaked in 2 cups water for a few hours or overnight
- A few mint leaves
- A squeeze of lemon
- A little jaggery or honey, to taste (optional)
Method
- Blend the soaked fennel seeds with their soaking water and the mint leaves.
- Strain well, pressing to get all the liquid out.
- Stir in lemon juice and sweetener if using. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
