You'll need
- 4-5 pieces dried kokum rind, soaked 30 minutes
- 2 tbsp sugar or jaggery
- A pinch of roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of black salt
- 2 cups chilled water
Method
- Blend the soaked kokum with a little of its soaking water until smooth, then strain.
- Mix in the sugar, cumin powder and black salt.
- Top up with chilled water to taste, and serve over ice.
