You'll need
- 4–5 fresh amla (Indian gooseberry), deseeded and chopped
- 1 small bunch coriander
- 2–3 cloves garlic
- 1 green chilli
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- Salt to taste, a little water to blend
Method
- Combine the amla, coriander, garlic, chilli and cumin seeds in a blender.
- Add a little water and blend to a coarse, spoonable chutney.
- Adjust salt and serve fresh, alongside roti or rice.
