You'll need
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 cups water
Method
- Lightly crush all three seeds together.
- Simmer them in the water for 8 minutes.
- Strain into cups and sip warm, any time of day.
