Cross-border transfer notice: Your personal data, including health data, is stored on servers operated by Supabase in the United States. By using TEJUVA, you consent to this transfer. Supabase complies with international data protection standards.
We do not share your data with any other third party except as required by law.
As a data principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
Right to access: You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to correction: You may request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure: You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do so: go to Settings → Delete My Account in the app. This permanently deletes all your data from our systems within 72 hours, including your dosha profile, all daily logs, health scores, challenge history, and Tej Points balance. This action is irreversible.
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent for data collection at any time by deleting your account. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Right to grievance redressal: If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, contact us at ankit.agrawal79@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 business days.

Today, TEJUVA is 18+. We do not accept sign-ups from anyone under 18, we ask for your age at sign-up rather than asking you to tick a box, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has created an account, please contact us at ankit.agrawal79@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Our policy is that this will change, in one specific way. Under-18s will be able to join only as a seat added by their own parent or guardian on a Duo, Family or Group plan, with the guardian's consent taken at the point the age is entered. That is not built yet, and until it is, no one under 18 can join TEJUVA at all, including through a family plan. We are saying so here rather than describing a protection that does not exist.
